What if this year felt different?


Hey Reader,

We are really in December! Oh man…

I haven’t hit the fitness goals I wanted to and although that could be frustrating I know why and what I need to do.

This week I’m finishing up my outdoor bootcamp so I won’t have the added outdoor workout I’ve been doing. This means it’s really important for me to have my own workouts and a plan.

And I do.

Monday I am starting my holiday workout plan, with grace of course, as it is the holidays and I’m not looking for all or nothing. I’m also not looking to wait for January.

Look, every December, something happens.

We look back at the year — the plans we stuck with, the ones we didn’t, the promises we made to ourselves, the goals we quietly let slide — and we start thinking:

“Next year will be different.”

But what if…
this year — right now — could feel different?

Seriously… Right NOW!

Not because you’re suddenly more disciplined.
Not because life magically opened up space.
Not because you found the "perfect" routine.

But because this time, you’re approaching your health from a completely different energy.

Instead of pressure…
→ you choose intention.

Instead of restriction…
→ you choose compassion.

Instead of throwing everything at the wall…
→ you choose what actually works for your body.

Here’s the truth most women don’t realize:

December isn’t the month you “hold on until January.”
It’s the month you get to decide what you’re carrying into the new year — and what you’re done repeating.

Think about it:

❌ The guilt cycles
❌ The “I’ll start after the holidays” trap
❌ The all-or-nothing expectations
❌ The pressure to be perfect
❌ The belief that one season can ruin everything

What if none of that followed you into 2026?

What if you ended this year with a different story?

✨ A story where you prioritize feeling good, not punishing yourself
✨ A story where movement feels grounding instead of overwhelming
✨ A story where you nourish your body without overthinking
✨ A story where you build habits that actually fit your real life
✨ A story where you start the year already in motion — not starting from zero

Here’s my challenge for you this week:

Choose one thing that helps your future self — and do it with intention.

Just one.

A walk after dinner.
A balanced breakfast.
A bedtime that supports your energy.
A 10-minute workout.
A decision to hydrate all day.
A choice to stop talking to yourself like you’re failing.

You don't need a perfect plan to end the year strong — you just need a different approach.

And I promise, the smallest shift now creates a massive ripple in January.

You deserve to step into the next year feeling supported, confident, and in control of your habits… not starting over again.

You've got this. 💛
