Before we blink and it’s 2026… let’s talk.


Hi Reader,

You know that weird feeling that happens after Thanksgiving?
Where part of you wants to ease back into your routine and the other part thinks:

“I’ll just wait until after the holidays…
or January…
or when things calm down…”

I get it!

It was too easy for me to wake up this morning “talking about Sunday as I’m writing this” and just relax with a cup of tea and a slow morning. But at 8:15am, yes I slept in…

Everyone in my house was a sleep and I was well rested. A quiet empty house is my favorite time for my morning flow.

So I did it!

Then I made my tea and had my slow morning, feeling really great that I stuck to my routine.

Let me tell you a little truth from coaching hundreds of women:

👉The women who feel their BEST in January…

Are NOT the ones who start in January.

They’re the ones who take one small step NOW —
even during the holidays,
even when life is messy,
even when they’re not perfect.

Because momentum isn’t built from big dramatic changes.
Momentum comes from doing something instead of nothing.

Maybe today that means:

— A walk to clear your head
— Drinking water before your coffee
— Doing 10 minutes of movement
— Planning out your meals for the week
— Or simply deciding you’re not waiting until 2026 to feel good

Whatever it is, let it be small…
but let it be today.

Your future self will thank you.

You don’t have to be perfect — you just have to begin.

✨Start the rest of the year strong.
