Hi Reader, You know that weird feeling that happens after Thanksgiving? “I’ll just wait until after the holidays… I get it! It was too easy for me to wake up this morning “talking about Sunday as I’m writing this” and just relax with a cup of tea and a slow morning. But at 8:15am, yes I slept in… Everyone in my house was a sleep and I was well rested. A quiet empty house is my favorite time for my morning flow. So I did it! Then I made my tea and had my slow morning, feeling really great that I stuck to my routine. Hi Reader, Thanksgiving week is here — which means two things: ✨ Great food✨ And a LOT of pressure Pressure to “be good,” pressure to control yourself, pressure to not undo all your progress…and then pressure to “just enjoy it” because it’s the holidays.
