Hey Reader, I hate the word busy, almost as much as I hate the word try. And we're programmed to use it all the time. Someone invites us to do something and we say we're busy instead of saying no, or I don't want to. We tell ourselves we're busy to avoid many things we need to do. Instead of giving ourselves permission to say no or to recognize what is a priority for ourselves right now and what isn't. Busy is worn like a badge of honor.
