Here’s the truth I want you to hold onto all day long: You don’t need to earn your food. You don’t need to justify your choices. One holiday meal does not undo your progress!!! One day of celebration will not erase all the work you’ve done. And the women who succeed long-term aren’t the ones who white-knuckle their way through Thanksgiving… So today: Eat what you love — slowly, intentionally, with zero shame.
