The sneaky holiday mindset that derails your progress

Hello Reader!

If there’s ever a time of year when the “I already messed up… might as well keep going” mindset shows up the loudest…

…it’s right now!

Holiday parties. Leftovers. Cookies in the breakroom. Busy schedules.
It’s the perfect storm for that all-or-nothing voice to kick in:

“I ate more than I planned — might as well go all in today.”
“I skipped my workout — I’ll just restart next week.”
“I broke my streak — I’ll be ‘good’ again in January.”

Sound familiar?

Here’s the thing most people don’t realize:

That voice doesn’t show up because you failed.

It shows up because you care.

But here’s the truth I want you to hold onto this week:

You don’t need to be perfect.

You don’t need to “start over.”
You just need to keep going.

One treat doesn’t erase your progress.
One skipped workout doesn’t cancel out the entire week.
One off day doesn’t make the next choice any less powerful.

Imagine this:
You get a flat tire.
Do you slash the other three because “the day is already ruined”?

Of course not!

You fix the tire.
You keep going.
You get where you were heading.

The same applies to your health.

This season is not about perfection — it’s about patterning.
The consistent choices you make most of the time matter more than anything you do occasionally.

So if you’ve had an “off” moment?

Cool. You’re human.
Make your very next choice a supportive one — and you’re right back on track.

And if you want a workout plan that helps you stay consistent through the holidays (home or gym), without the pressure or overwhelm…

Hey Reader, If there’s one thing I could get every woman to do more of—it’s resistance training. Not because it makes your arms look amazing in sleeveless tops (though that’s a nice bonus 😉)...But because it quite literally helps you age better—with more strength, energy, balance, and confidence. We’ve been talking a lot about the the holiday mindset of: “I’ll get back to real workouts in January.” But here’s something most women don’t realize: Resistance training is the one habit that...

Hey Reader, The holidays have a way of making the old thoughts louder. So there’s something I want you to remember, especially if you’ve ever said things to yourself like: “I’ll never be consistent.” “I always fall off this time of year.” “Everyone else is more disciplined than me.” “Why bother starting now?” Thoughts like these don’t mean anything about you. They’re just that—thoughts. They pop in, they pass through, and often they lie. They don’t reflect who you are or what you’re capable...

Hey Reader, You know this story, and probably lived it. I’ve worked in the industry for a long time and December, comes with the same pattern… Women start talking about “getting serious” in January, like December doesn’t exist. New routine. New planner. New supplements. New rules. And by February? They’re already overwhelmed, exhausted, or back to square one. Not because they're lazy or unmotivated… …but because they never had a plan built for their life. Let me tell you a quick story. The...
