[Saturday Spark ✨] You’re not failing… your body needs support

Hey Reader,

I want to say something that might feel like a relief:

You’re not failing.

Not your workouts.
Not your eating.
Not your effort.

What you’re feeling —
the low energy, the cravings, the “why isn’t this working?” frustration…

That’s not failure.

👉 That’s your body asking for support.

Because here’s what most women don’t realize:

You can be eating enough…
and still not be absorbing what your body needs.

You can be working out…
and still not recovering the way you should.

You can be “doing everything right”
and still feel stuck.

And when that happens?

We blame ourselves.

We think:
“I need to be more disciplined.”
“I need to try harder.”
“I need to eat less.”

But what if the answer isn’t doing more…

👉 What if it’s supporting your body better?

Giving it:
• Nutrients it can actually use
• Meals that satisfy you
• Foods that work with your digestion, not against it

Because when your body feels supported…

Energy improves
Cravings calm down
Workouts start to feel stronger

And consistency gets easier.

If we don’t fix absorption, fat loss becomes a fight.

So this weekend, instead of asking:

“What should I cut out?”

Try asking:

👉 “How can I support my body today?”

That’s the shift.

If you want help building that support into a plan that actually fits your life…

Hey Reader, 👉 “When your body is supported, fat loss stops feeling like a fight.” I want you to sit with that for a second. Because if you’ve been feeling stuck… If things have felt harder than they should… If you’ve been putting in effort but not seeing it pay off… It’s not because you’re doing something wrong. It’s because your body hasn’t been fully supported. This month, we talked a lot about real food vs “fake” food. Not to scare you.Not to overwhelm you.And definitely not to tell you to...

Womans fitness over 40

Hey Reader, You ever notice how some people can’t throw anything away? I’m talking cluttered counters, overflowing drawers, junk they “might need someday” stacked in every corner. And then there are the minimalists—the ones who toss things out the second they lose usefulness. And of course, most of us fall somewhere in the middle. As April is coming to an end and we are fully in spring, I started wondering… Does the way we hold on to physical clutter say something about how we hold on to...

Womans fitness over 40

Hey Reader, There’s a pattern I see all the time. And if you’re honest, you might recognize it. You start the week feeling good.Motivated.Clear.Ready to “do it right.” You eat better. You plan your workouts. You show up. And then… Life happens. A busy day.Low energy.Something unexpected. And suddenly you’re off. Not completely. But just enough that you feel it. So what do you do? 👉 You tell yourself you’ll start again. Next week.Next Monday.Next time things feel easier. And just like that —...
