This pattern is costing you more than you think


Hey Reader,

There’s a pattern I see all the time.

And if you’re honest, you might recognize it.

You start the week feeling good.
Motivated.
Clear.
Ready to “do it right.”

You eat better.
You plan your workouts.
You show up.

And then…

Life happens.

A busy day.
Low energy.
Something unexpected.

And suddenly you’re off.

Not completely.

But just enough that you feel it.

👉 You tell yourself you’ll start again.

Next week.
Next Monday.
