What Are You Still Holding On To? 🌸

Hey Reader,

You ever notice how some people can’t throw anything away?

I’m talking cluttered counters, overflowing drawers, junk they “might need someday” stacked in every corner.

And then there are the minimalists—the ones who toss things out the second they lose usefulness.

And of course, most of us fall somewhere in the middle.

As April is coming to an end and we are fully in spring, I started wondering…

Does the way we hold on to physical clutter say something about how we hold on to emotional clutter too?

Old stories.
Old excuses.
Old habits we swear we’ll break one day.

Just like that junk drawer you keep meaning to clean out, these things pile up.
And even though we know they’re weighing us down…
We keep them.

Why?
Because letting go is uncomfortable. 🤔
Even when it’s necessary.

So here’s the hard truth:

You cannot create space for a new version of yourself while clinging to the clutter of who you used to be.

So maybe this isn't about spring cleaning.
Maybe it's about decluttering—of your mind, your habits, and your self-talk.

Let go of the "I'm too busy."
Let go of the "I always fall off track."
Let go of the "I’ll start when things calm down."

Clear the mental junk.
And you just might find the space to actually become who you want to be.

Need help letting go of the things holding you back?

Hey Reader, There’s a pattern I see all the time. And if you’re honest, you might recognize it. You start the week feeling good.Motivated.Clear.Ready to “do it right.” You eat better. You plan your workouts. You show up. And then… Life happens. A busy day.Low energy.Something unexpected. And suddenly you’re off. Not completely. But just enough that you feel it. So what do you do? 👉 You tell yourself you’ll start again. Next week.Next Monday.Next time things feel easier. And just like that —...

Hey Reader, Let me ask you something honestly… Have you ever felt like this should be easier by now? Not because you’re not trying. But because you are. You’re: • Paying attention to what you eat • Trying to make better choices • Showing up for workouts when you can • Thinking about your health more than ever And yet… It still feels harder than it should. You still: • Feel low on energy some days • Struggle with consistency • Find yourself starting over more often than you’d like That...

Hey Reader, You've probably heard this being said. “Fruits and vegetables aren’t as nutritious as they used to be.” And it’s one of those statements that sounds concerning… but needs a little context. So let’s break it down — without fear or extremes. Is there truth to it? Yes — to a degree. Modern farming practices, soil quality, and food production methods have changed over time. This can impact things like: • Mineral content in soil • How quickly crops are grown • How far food travels...
