Ahhh so human error wins again! Some of you may have seen this email after I wrote it on Thursday and hit send without scheduling it for today. I was too excited lol Anyway if you did not see it here it is. Or maybe you need to re-read it 😉 After Thursday’s email, I want to make one thing really clear: This is not about becoming “perfect” with your food. Because the second something feels overwhelming… And that’s exactly why most people stay stuck. So instead of overthinking everything you “should” be eating… Let’s make this simple. 👉 What if you just focused on adding one thing? Not removing. Just adding. A real breakfast instead of grabbing something quick That’s it. Because when your body starts getting what it actually needs… You don’t have to fight cravings as much This is what I call building momentum without pressure. Most women think they need to change everything. They don’t. They need to stop trying to do everything at once. So this weekend, I want you to ask yourself: 👉 “What’s one thing I can add that actually supports me?” Not impressively. Because that’s how real change starts. If you want help building this into something structured — without extremes — I’d love to guide you. ✨ Apply for Online Personal Training Share with someone you know. Hey Reader, 👉 “When your body is supported, fat loss stops feeling like a fight.” I want you to sit with that for a second. Because if you’ve been feeling stuck… If things have felt harder than they should… If you’ve been putting in effort but not seeing it pay off… It’s not because you’re doing something wrong. It’s because your body hasn’t been fully supported. This month, we talked a lot about real food vs “fake” food. Not to scare you.Not to overwhelm you.And definitely not to tell you to...
Hey Reader, You ever notice how some people can’t throw anything away? I’m talking cluttered counters, overflowing drawers, junk they “might need someday” stacked in every corner. And then there are the minimalists—the ones who toss things out the second they lose usefulness. And of course, most of us fall somewhere in the middle. As April is coming to an end and we are fully in spring, I started wondering… Does the way we hold on to physical clutter say something about how we hold on to...
Hey Reader, There’s a pattern I see all the time. And if you’re honest, you might recognize it. You start the week feeling good.Motivated.Clear.Ready to “do it right.” You eat better. You plan your workouts. You show up. And then… Life happens. A busy day.Low energy.Something unexpected. And suddenly you’re off. Not completely. But just enough that you feel it. So what do you do? 👉 You tell yourself you’ll start again. Next week.Next Monday.Next time things feel easier. And just like that —...
