[Saturday Spark ✨] 1 simple shift that changes everything


Ahhh so human error wins again!

Some of you may have seen this email after I wrote it on Thursday and hit send without scheduling it for today. I was too excited lol

Anyway if you did not see it here it is. Or maybe you need to re-read it 😉

After Thursday’s email, I want to make one thing really clear:

This is not about becoming “perfect” with your food.

Because the second something feels overwhelming…
we don’t do it.

And that’s exactly why most people stay stuck.

So instead of overthinking everything you “should” be eating…

Let’s make this simple.

👉 What if you just focused on adding one thing?

Not removing.
Not restricting.
Not overhauling your entire diet.

Just adding.

A real breakfast instead of grabbing something quick
A vegetable added to lunch
A protein source that actually keeps you full
A glass of water before your coffee

That’s it.

Because when your body starts getting what it actually needs…

You don’t have to fight cravings as much
You don’t feel as depleted
And healthy choices start to feel easier — not forced

This is what I call building momentum without pressure.

Most women think they need to change everything.

They don’t.

They need to stop trying to do everything at once.

So this weekend, I want you to ask yourself:

👉 “What’s one thing I can add that actually supports me?”

Not impressively.
Not perfectly.
Just consistently.

Because that’s how real change starts.
