Hey Reader, Ahhhh yes, the end of December… Schedules are messy, routines feel off, and motivation is about as reliable as a gingerbread house roof. So I want to ask you something important: How many times have you started something… Maybe it was a workout plan. You’re not alone. Most of us have been there. And trust me, I’m not judging. Especially around the holidays. There have been years where I told myself I’d stay perfectly on track… Family events. Extra errands. Late nights. But it’s never the one hard day that derails you. ‼️It’s the decision to quit because the day was hard. So, what if this time was different? What if this time… you didn’t give up? What if you stopped the cycle of starting and stopping, and pushed through on that one really tough day when all you wanted to do was quit? Think about it: 👉 The tough day will come and go. But if you keep giving in every time it gets hard... And right now — in the messiness of the holidays — So again, what if this time… you just didn’t give up? SERIOUSLY Not "all in" Not Perfection... All you have to do is not quit Show up imperfectly… and January becomes a continuation, not a comeback. This is your reminder to remember why you started. You don’t need to be perfect. Ask yourself: ✨ What would it feel like to not give up this time? You don’t need to overhaul a thing this week. One choice at a time.
