Hey Reader! Let’s talk about something that comes up for a lot of women. Especially after 40. “I’m working out… but I’m not seeing results.” And it’s frustrating. Because you’re showing up. So why does it feel like nothing is changing? Here’s the truth most people miss: 👉 Your workouts aren’t failing. Your fuel is. Because your body doesn’t just need movement. It NEEDS support around that movement. When your nutrition isn’t aligned, you’ll feel it as: • Low energy during workouts And eventually… Workouts start to feel harder than they should. Not because you’re out of shape. But because your body doesn’t have what it needs to perform. This is where everything starts to click for alot of my clients. When we shift from: “I just need to work out more” to: 👉 “How do I support my body so my workouts actually work?” That’s when results change. Not from doing more. From doing things smarter. Your body can’t work properly without the raw materials it needs. And that doesn’t meal fuel up on protein bars or shakes. Although I’m not against either of those when needed. But not as a crutch or replacement for real food. Althways think...FOOD FIRST I know most of you are thinking. Well if I’m getting the protein that I need why does it matter where it’s coming from. So let me explain. And I’m not just talking about protein. Nutrients in processed food ≠ nutrients in whole food Even when foods are “fortified”:

So if the majority of your food is ultra processed or synthetic you are leaving so much fuel on the table. That is the energy your body needs to power through, not JUST your workout. But everyday life. Let’s go for a simple shift for this week. I’m all about simplicity So before your next workout, ask yourself: 👉 “Did I actually fuel my body for this?” Not perfectly.
