Is there truth to it? Yes — to a degree. Modern farming practices, soil quality, and food production methods have changed over time. This can impact things like: So in some cases, certain nutrients may be slightly lower than they were decades ago. And different in the US than in some other countries. But here’s what matters more Even with those changes… 👉 Fruits and vegetables are STILL the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat. They provide: And most importantly: They come in a form your body recognizes and can use effectively. So what about supplements? Supplements can be helpful when needed. But they don’t replace real food. Because food isn’t just about isolated nutrients. It’s about: 👉 Food first will always be the foundation. What about buying local? If you can: Great. But don’t let perfection stop you. Because eating fruits and vegetables consistently... So Don’t overcomplicate this. 👉 Add more color to your plate. More variety. That’s what moves the needle. Not panicing and throwing in the towel on real food. You don’t need perfect food. You need consistent nourishment. That’s where results come from. Hey Reader, 👉 “When your body is supported, fat loss stops feeling like a fight.” I want you to sit with that for a second. Because if you’ve been feeling stuck… If things have felt harder than they should… If you’ve been putting in effort but not seeing it pay off… It’s not because you’re doing something wrong. It’s because your body hasn’t been fully supported. This month, we talked a lot about real food vs “fake” food. Not to scare you.Not to overwhelm you.And definitely not to tell you to...
Hey Reader, You ever notice how some people can’t throw anything away? I’m talking cluttered counters, overflowing drawers, junk they “might need someday” stacked in every corner. And then there are the minimalists—the ones who toss things out the second they lose usefulness. And of course, most of us fall somewhere in the middle. You start the week feeling good.Motivated.Clear.Ready to “do it right.” You eat better. You plan your workouts. You show up. And then… Life happens. A busy day.Low energy.Something unexpected. And suddenly you’re off. Not completely. But just enough that you feel it. So what do you do? 👉 You tell yourself you’ll start again. Next week.Next Monday.Next time things feel easier. And just like that —...
