Update: The link to register for Yoga-HIIT Pop-Up was broken yesterday

I want to apologize because I sent this out yesterday and when I put the link in something went wrong and it wasn't opening. It's still being really strange and changing the link everytime I send it (I sent it to my self a few times to check it.) I am thrilled to announce that after a long break, our Yoga-HIIT Pop-Up Classes are back with three classes!

Here are the details you need to know:

📅 Dates:

  • Saturday, July 20th
  • Friday, July 26th
  • Sunday, July 28th

🕘 Time: 8:30 AM – 9:15 AM (about 45-minutes including warm-up & cool down)

📍 Location: Henry Hudson Park (aka Kappock Park)

  • 2700 Independence Ave, Bronx, NY 10463
  • We will be setting up near the Henry Hudson Monument (closest entrance is W 227th St and Independence Ave)

👟 Fitness Level: All levels are welcome! Modifications and breaks are always available.

What to bring:

  • Yoga Mat: We will be on concrete, so I'd bring a towel for added cushion if you don't have a thick mat.
  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated!
  • Weights (Optional): For an added challenge.
  • Cold Wet Towel (Optional): To stay cool.

Yoga-HIIT combines the best of both worlds – the calming benefits of yoga and the heart-pumping intensity of HIIT. It’s a total body workout designed to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health, all while helping you stay mindful and stress-free.
