Hey Reader!

Ever start the week feeling strong—eating well, exercising regularly—but by Friday afternoon, motivation is nowhere to be found?

Here’s my secret: Just pick ONE small habit to carry into your weekend.

Maybe it's a quick 10-minute workout, drinking a little extra water, or starting your day with protein and some fruit instead of pastries, (or atleast with your pastry). Choosing just one easy thing keeps you connected to your goals without overwhelming your weekend.

For me, it’s often walking up on Saturday like it's a weekday and doing my morning flow and/or a morning walk. It sets a positive tone and keeps my body (and mindset) on track, even if I'm lazy the rest of the day.

Simple habits are exactly what I focus on with my clients—because consistency matters more than intensity.
