Hello Hello Reader! I get this question all the time— And my answer? YES—100%! In fact, many of my clients find it even MORE effective than in-person training. But in the beginning I had my worries too… I honestly loved training my clients in person, which is why I do still do the in-person bootcamp classes. But, did they really need me right there every single workout? Unless someone had serious FORM issues, the answer was usually no. And even when form was a concern, I realized I could easily jump on a video call with clients or simply have them send me a quick video of them doing the exercise. In 2019, before online training became "the thing," I started shifting my clients online—and truthfully, I had my own worries. My biggest concern was simple: Looking back, it was kind of a silly worry. After all, even in-person clients cancel sessions—sometimes even last-minute, knowing the gym will still charge them full price for the session.
