Hey Reader! How often do you take a moment to appreciate your body as it is, right now? I recently read this beautiful reminder: “I appreciate my body as it is. I am happy and whole as I am right now.” This struck a chord because, so often, we get caught up in focusing on what we want to change about ourselves, rather than appreciating what we already have. The perfectionist in me does this ALL the time 🙄 Your body carries you through every single day. It works tirelessly to support you, move you, and keep you alive. And even though you may have fitness or health goals (which is amazing!), it’s also important to acknowledge the beauty of your body as it is right now. Here’s something I want you to remember: You don’t need to wait until you’ve reached a certain goal to love and appreciate your body. Loving your body today doesn’t mean giving up on your goals. It means accepting yourself in the present while working toward a healthier, happier future. 💡 Try this today: - Affirm yourself: Look in the mirror and repeat this: “I am grateful for my body. I appreciate all that it does for me.” - Treat your body well: Nourish it with good food, movement, and rest—not because you want to change it, but because you care for it. - Focus on progress, not perfection: Every step forward is a victory. Celebrate ALL the wins, big and small! When you appreciate where you are now, you can show up stronger, more motivated, and more empowered to reach where you want to be. 💪✨ If you’re looking for more ways to support your body with movement and nutrition, I’d love to help! Hey Reader, 👉 “When your body is supported, fat loss stops feeling like a fight.” I want you to sit with that for a second. Because if you’ve been feeling stuck… If things have felt harder than they should… If you’ve been putting in effort but not seeing it pay off… It’s not because you’re doing something wrong. It’s because your body hasn’t been fully supported. This month, we talked a lot about real food vs “fake” food. Not to scare you.Not to overwhelm you.And definitely not to tell you to...
Hey Reader, You ever notice how some people can’t throw anything away? I’m talking cluttered counters, overflowing drawers, junk they “might need someday” stacked in every corner. And then there are the minimalists—the ones who toss things out the second they lose usefulness. And of course, most of us fall somewhere in the middle. As April is coming to an end and we are fully in spring, I started wondering… Does the way we hold on to physical clutter say something about how we hold on to...
Hey Reader, There’s a pattern I see all the time. And if you’re honest, you might recognize it. You start the week feeling good.Motivated.Clear.Ready to “do it right.” You eat better. You plan your workouts. You show up. And then… Life happens. A busy day.Low energy.Something unexpected. And suddenly you’re off. Not completely. But just enough that you feel it. So what do you do? 👉 You tell yourself you’ll start again. Next week.Next Monday.Next time things feel easier. And just like that —...
